 Ro Ro Records & Entertainment Inc.  is a California based company that began operation in June 1996. Ro Ro Records prides itself on creating, marketing and providing a mix of jeep-style R&B grooves throughout the United States. The company's Chief Executive Officer and founder Ro!, has positioned the company to become a premier provider of R&B and Popular music. Ro!'s enormous influence in the music and radio community has afforded the company certain strength politically and socially throughout the industry. As a result Ro Ro Records is one of the most distinguished independent record labels in the music industry.
Ro Ro Records also offers publishing through its publishing company Lil Ro Ro Publishing, which was established in May 1999 through BMI. Ro Ro Records & Entertainment Inc. was born out of a need to cultivate a new generation of expressive and liberated artist. The company is Ro!'s own personal accomplishment and after years of challenges Ro Ro Records took flight.

"Instead of being receptive to an artists individual style record company executives tend to try to emulate the musical formula of the superstar of the moment". By pouring over several hundred thousand dollars into marketing and promotions for the artist, the majors create a grand illusion. Unfortunately for the artist, what a major label may see as a great act may not always be what the consumer is feeling. There is so much talent out there that never gets a chance to be seen or heard.
